Sunday - Thursday - 4 nights Embark on a return trip from Llaberis to the summit of Wales’ highest mountain, Snowdon. At 3,560 ft, the majestic Snowdon dominated the landscape and will afford you spectacular, awe inspiring, unimpaired views of the National Park. You journey begins with a 13 minute video briefing you on the history of the railway and mountain, before passing: the steep incline up the first of the two amazing viaducts crossing Afon Hwch; a beautiful waterfall; ancient forests; the small ruined chapel at Hebron; rocky valleys; 10,000 metres into the clouds, then finally at the summit, you will have one of the world’s most spectacular panoramas at your feet. On very clear days at the summit you can see as far as the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland A guided tour of the Portmerion Village and its extensive Gardens.
